In the 1970s the GI Joe Adventure Team (12" action figures) had some very cool gear. Some of the best they had were vehicles that could fold up and be carried on their backs but could deploy when neede ... [READ MORE]d. They had inflatable rafts, drag bikes, rocket packs, a turbo copter, even an escape car.

It was time for a new, silent and rotor-less jetpack. The jet engine is housed in the body, forcing air at high speeds through the hollow engine housings which channel the air downward for upward thrust. These Dixon Engines are quiet and powerful.

The Action Pack Jetpack is designed to compact into a portable size that can be carried on the back or in a small vehicle.

Simply detach the engine housings from the engine shafts, reattach them, snap the harness on and fly!

This toy has some fun features:

- two sets of lower arms to accommodate the vintage 12" GI Joe figures, or the more modern "Classic Collection" GI Joe 12" figures. It should fit most 12" figures.
- hinged control arms to tuck away during storage, or to tilt at any angle for comfort during any flight angle
- a thumbwheel tilts the two engine housings to simulate flight at any angle

(Toy does not actually fly. Did I actually have to say that? It's a toy!) :-)
